As Lead User Experience Designer at KOFC, I followed User Centered Design principles. I create online desktop and mobile experiences. Balancing business goals with user needs I work to break down the walls that isolate different business groups. I lead projects and mentor other designers on my team.
I tell stories about the organization and its brand. Using visual design as well as strategic thinking I collaborated with a wonderful team of designers, developers, and project managers. The work we do has facilitated real organizational transformation. I run workshops with business stakeholders and re-direct the organizations focus on to the user. I employ many techniques from concept through execution, including concept/story development, research, white boarding, card sorting, wireframes prototyping, product specifications and user testing.
My role as UX lead included:
UX design, UX Research, Competitive Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Use Cases and User Testing, Design Systems.
